In this brave space, we will cover imposter syndrome and how this internalized fear can affect nonprofit professionals. We will also review ways to overcome self-doubts to stand in our power as we work towards our mission and vision.
Presenter
Tania Bhattacharyya was raised for twelve years in the nonprofit behavioral healthcare field as a fundraiser, marketer, and eventually Executive Director after graduating from the University of California, Irvine with a degree in Psychology and Social Behavior.
Tania founded Lumos Marketing in the noise and chaos of 2020’s triple public health crisis. She encountered too many women who were making incredible impact yet felt like a “best kept secret. When you stand out as you stand up for your mission, you naturally attract the resources you need to drive change. She consults with a hybrid approach, guiding thought leadership personal branding strategy with coaching to banish imposter syndrome and reduce overwhelm.
Tania believes we become thought leaders in the eyes of others by freely giving away the wisdom we’ve earned through our lived experience. She defines thought leadership as a type of content marketing that brings solution to our target audience’s pain points.
Space is limited!
Deadline to register is Tuesday, March 30, 2021.
