Our impact on the nonprofit sector in Orange County is deeply rooted in our 40-year history of organic growth and reciprocal evolution. We’ve listened to the needs of our Network’s leaders and integrated academic research on third-sector leadership to ensure the integrity and relevance of our programs.

Research confirms what we’ve long believed: relationships are essential for long-term success. That’s why our programs are designed to cultivate a well-connected, trusted community of nonprofit leaders who receive ongoing support throughout their careers. We’re more than just a training session; we’re your partner in professional development and growth.

To date, we’ve supported over 741 nonprofit leaders and 371 organizations across Orange County and the Inland Empire through our six innovative programs.

184 leaders have received one-on-one executive coaching from 51 trained coaches
92 Crossroads & Turning Point trainings have educated 2,068 leaders

Our belief that people are the greatest asset of a nonprofit organization calls us to help people who have found their vocation in the social sector develop their talents, skills, and ability to impact others. Thus, strengthening nonprofit leadership is the focus of the Fieldstone Leadership Network Orange County.

Created in 1994, the Fieldstone Leadership Network was crafted in response to and in partnership with nonprofit executives as a vehicle for peer learning. With over 400 professionals strong, the Fieldstone Leadership Network has evolved into an innovative continuum of leadership programs for all nonprofits in Orange County. Over the years we have learned much about what is required of the leadership in the social sector. Some of these key learnings are:

The Leadership Network offers a continuum of programs to build and deepen personal and professional relationships among nonprofit leaders through leadership training and learning opportunities, so they are better able to collaborate, problem solve, and support each other.

These nationally recognized learning opportunities are available at little or no cost through the support provided by The Fieldstone Leadership Network and its funding partners.
