Difficult conversations have to happen, even if we resist. And, the longer we resist, the more difficult they become. Yet, there are some ways to prepare; from building relationships (both personally and professionally) that can withstand the hard conversations, to ensuring we are in the best frame of mind to enter the conversations. At this presentation, we will talk about what we can do to make the most of the tough stuff, and what to do when the conversation doesn’t go according to plan (spoiler alert: they rarely do!).
